Hawaii born Don King is renowned worldwide for photographic and cinematic images of surfing and ocean surface waves. He is not only a cinematographer, photographer and film director, he and his wife, Julianne King, are huge advocates in the Hawaii Autism Community. He embodies Haʻahaʻa (humility) all the while being legendary in his profession. “In a type-A industry, he is renowned for keeping his cool. He’s like a zen master.” Don sits down with us today to share his inspiring life.

Malia McManus is a multi-talented writer, who recently published her first novel “Dragonfruit." She beautifully transports us back in time to the overthrow of the Hawaiian Monarchy by skillfully creating characters that we fall in love with and root for, and who ultimately inspire us.
